Room D

I found this fella on my front porch.

I ended up staying at room D. It’s where the overnight guests usually stay by the river. I got a huge room, with an en suite washroom. The porch faces the treehouse rooms. The back balcony looks over the river. It’s an amazing view.

Room D is in Number One and Two’s territory. Duke couldn’t come back to my room with me. Maybe it was the stress from travelling for so many hours to get to the park, maybe it was from not being able to sleep with Duke, or the other things I was dealing with.. but I was so stressed that I sort of broke down the next morning. I didn’t sleep in my room again after that. Luckily, on the fourth night, Kenji went to Chiang Mai to recharge for Surin. I used his room and (unfortunately) it was honestly the only night I had good sleep.
